am\u00e9liore les donn\u00e9es relatives aux travaux routiers. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2920e274 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2920e274\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Sur les autoroutes et les voies rapides flamandes et le long de ces derni\u00e8res, on retrouve toutes sortes \u00ab\u2009d\u2019actifs\u2009\u00bb allant des cam\u00e9ras aux parois antibruit en passant par les plaques d\u2019\u00e9gout et les arbres. Le d\u00e9blocage des donn\u00e9es relatives \u00e0 ces actifs permet de collaborer de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9rique et int\u00e9gr\u00e9e sur des travaux d\u2019infrastructure dans le cadre de projets BIM. \u00c0 cet effet, l\u2019Agence des routes et de la circulation (AWV) a d\u00fb migrer un gros volume de donn\u00e9es dans un nouveau format vers de nouvelles bases de donn\u00e9es, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 une nouvelle norme de donn\u00e9es, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019ObjectTypesLibrary ou OTL en abr\u00e9g\u00e9. Le gestionnaire des autoroutes et des routes r\u00e9gionales flamandes a dans ce cadre fait appel \u00e0 Nordend, l\u2019expert en FME et OTL.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toutes les informations sur les actifs \u00e0 conna\u00eetre avant de commencer des travaux routiers, comme les couches d\u2019asphalte, les feux lumineux et les c\u00e2bles, \u00e9taient jusqu\u2019il y a peu conserv\u00e9es et g\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019Agence flamande des routes et de la circulation dans diff\u00e9rentes bases de donn\u00e9es, dont la base de donn\u00e9es Akela et des voiries. Toutefois, la norme de donn\u00e9es utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque ne permettait pas \u00e0 l\u2019agence d\u2019exploiter de mani\u00e8re optimale ces actifs. En outre, cette donn\u00e9e n\u2019\u00e9tait pas r\u00e9utilisable pour les projets BIM, dans lesquels les partenaires de la construction r\u00e9alisent des projets de mani\u00e8re num\u00e9riquement int\u00e9gr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les experts du gouvernement flamand ont donc d\u00e9fini une nouvelle norme de donn\u00e9es \u00e0 utiliser\u00a0: une OTL (ObjectTypesLibrary), pour construire une nouvelle base de donn\u00e9es sur les actifs\u2009\u00bb, explique Natasha Blommaert, responsable du programme AIM-BIM \u00e0 l\u2019Agence des routes et de la circulation. \u00ab\u2009Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette norme, nous saisissons les bonnes donn\u00e9es sur les actifs au bon moment, et nous obtenons ainsi les bonnes informations, pour une gestion optimale de ces actifs. L\u2019agence dispose donc de donn\u00e9es conformes \u00e0 l\u2019OTL. En outre, la base de donn\u00e9es d\u2019Akela et des voiries contenait encore de nombreuses donn\u00e9es dans l\u2019ancien format.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous voulions migrer ces donn\u00e9es vers les bases de donn\u00e9es conformes \u00e0 la nouvelle OTL Infra DB et les visualiser dans notre nouvelle application de gestion des actifs, appel\u00e9e ELISA Infra dans la norme de donn\u00e9es OTL\u2009\u00bb, poursuit Isabelle Piette, responsable AIM, sp\u00e9cialiste TIC et dirigeante de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de migration des donn\u00e9es. \u00ab\u2009Pour inciter le secteur \u00e0 utiliser au maximum ces donn\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb, ajoute Natasha, \u00ab\u2009et pour devenir nous-m\u00eames plus efficaces, pour que nos collaborateurs n\u2019aient plus \u00e0 travailler dans diff\u00e9rentes bases de donn\u00e9es, mais puissent gagner en maturit\u00e9 sur la base de donn\u00e9es des actifs disponibles.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>En outre, l\u2019agence souhaitait imm\u00e9diatement migrer les donn\u00e9es relatives aux installations de cam\u00e9ras de la base de donn\u00e9es EMInfra, ainsi que les donn\u00e9es de la base de donn\u00e9es routi\u00e8re concernant les plaques d\u2019\u00e9gout, les avaloirs, les foss\u00e9s, les parois antibruit, les couches sup\u00e9rieures (asphalte\/b\u00e9ton) et les arbres en bordure de route. Sur cette base, nous avons pu convertir les processus \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019outil FME pour migrer les donn\u00e9es.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Pour l\u2019ensemble du processus, y compris la migration r\u00e9elle des donn\u00e9es, l\u2019Agence des routes et de la circulation a fait appel \u00e0 l\u2019expertise de Nordend. En 2021, les deux partenaires ont constat\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois que la migration des donn\u00e9es sur les installations de cam\u00e9ras \u00e9tait moins importante. Ensuite, la base de donn\u00e9es Akela proprement dite a \u00e9t\u00e9 mise en place, avec la migration de 500\u2009000 objets et de leurs relations mutuelles. Apr\u00e8s tout, les anciennes bases de donn\u00e9es contenaient des informations que nous ne pouvions pas transf\u00e9rer une par une. Il s\u2019agissait de donn\u00e9es que la norme OTL n\u2019a pas toujours prises en compte, car elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre au mieux aux besoins de la gestion des actifs.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Lorsque les donn\u00e9es ne pouvaient pas \u00eatre prises en compte dans la nouvelle norme OTL, l\u2019agence pouvait emprunter deux voies. \u00ab\u2009Soit nous adaptions la norme OTL pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les donn\u00e9es. Notre objectif \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard \u00e9tait d\u2019obtenir une r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration maximale. Soit nous ne reprenions pas les donn\u00e9es dont nous n\u2019avions plus besoin.
